Established in April 2005, the very first branch of Noobox saw the light of day in the commercial mall of Palais des Congrès de Montréal. The idea was to showcase small Chinese takeout carton boxes (of white color at the time) and offer an Asian menu with colorful and freshly cooked food that’s also prepared quickly to meet the needs of busy consumers who wish to enjoy a healthy hot meal.
