Making an appointment is easy – simply email style@yorkdale.com. We will send you a registration form that outlines the details of your Personal Styling session. Once we receive your form, we will book an appointment that suits your schedule. Your Personal Styling session will be approximately 2 hours.

Personal Styling is available for everyone – women, men and teens. You will meet with a Yorkdale Stylist at the South Valet entrance beside Holt Renfrew where you will be provided with a complimentary valet pass. Together, you will review the objective for the visit, i.e. is this a special event or a wardrobe refresh? Our stylist will then guide you through a shopping session ensuring your objectives are met.

Yes, there is a $195 (plus HST) fee for Personal Styling to be paid prior to your appointment. Payment details will be included in your registration form.

Reservations may be cancelled by emailing style@yorkdale.com at least 48 hours in advance. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will be charged a $25 cancellation fee. Failure to attend your assigned appointment will result in a full charge of $195.

Yes, you can purchase a Yorkdale Gift Card for a two-hour Personal Styling consultation for $195, which also includes complimentary valet parking, and access to our Style Concierge Suite. Instructions for registration will be included in the packaging for the gift recipient.

We suggest a solo visit for your Personal Styling appointment to allow your Stylist to focus on your objectives. However, if a parent is booking a session for their teen, we welcome one parent to attend.
